The IDSA Foundation, established in 2002, serves as the fundraising subsidiary of the Infectious Diseases Society of America and operates as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Its mission is to enhance and support the goals and strategic priorities of IDSA. Our key focus areas are growing a skilled infectious diseases workforce; promoting diversity, equity and inclusion across all programs; and ensuring these values are integral to its initiatives and outreach. Through these efforts, the Foundation aims to advance the field of infectious diseases and improve public health outcomes.
